A Different Option From A Standard Rental
Our standard rental terms are 36, 48 and 60 months. Month-to-month rentals are a separate option on selected refurbished machines, subject to availability and the agreed terms.
They may suit businesses whose longer-term requirements are still being decided. The right choice depends on how long you expect to need the machine, the equipment available and the overall cost.
Month-to-month should not be read as a promise of cancellation without notice or charges. We’ll explain those conditions in the proposal before you commit.
Start With What Your Office Needs
Flexibility is useful, but the machine still needs to do the job. Tell us how many people will use it, whether you need colour or black-and-white printing, and whether you need A3 as well as A4.
An approximate monthly page volume is helpful. If you are replacing an existing machine, a recent invoice or meter reading can give us a starting point. If this is a new setup, tell us what sort of documents your team expects to produce.
We’ll then look at which available refurbished machines are suitable. We won’t recommend equipment simply because it happens to be available on a shorter arrangement.

What Will It Cost?
Month-to-month rentals are quoted according to the selected machine and agreement. They are not priced automatically at the same rate as a 60-month rental.

Which Refurbished Machines Are Available?
Availability changes as machines are supplied to clients. Browse our demo and pre-owned photocopiers, then ask which units are available for month-to-month rental.
A machine appearing in the catalogue does not automatically mean it is available on every payment option. We’ll confirm the specific unit, configuration and rental options when preparing your proposal.
Service And Maintenance
We discuss the service plan with the machine. Depending on the agreement, it can include maintenance, technical support and toner supply. We’ll set out the actual inclusions and any separate charges so you can compare the expected monthly cost properly.

Can I Choose Any Toshiba Machine?
Month-to-month rentals apply to selected refurbished machines. The available units and suitable options need to be confirmed when you enquire.
Can I Cancel Whenever I Want?
The notice and return conditions depend on the agreement. We’ll explain them before you accept the rental.
Is This The Same As Daily Event Hire?
This page covers month-to-month office rentals. Daily hire or event requirements would need to be discussed separately; they are not included in this offer.
