Established relationships. Continuing growth.

An established business.
A new chapter.

For more than two decades, our reputation has brought clients to RAC through word of mouth, professional referrals and recommendations from businesses we already support.

Our established client base has grown through repeat business and contracts renewed over the years. These relationships have sustained the company’s growth, with thousands of happy clients served since 2004. They reflect the trust placed in our people as much as the equipment we supply.

In 2026, we launched our website to build on that foundation and reach a wider audience. It marks a new stage in RAC’s expansion, with the same family leadership and the same pride in the service that earned our clients’ confidence.

Robin Crozier

Founder · Industry experience since 1989

Robin founded RAC in 2004, drawing on an office automation career that began in 1989. His experience spans changes in equipment, technology and the way businesses work. That perspective remains central to RAC’s specialist knowledge and its approach to looking after clients.

Liam Crozier

Partner · Joined RAC in 2018

Liam became a partner in RAC in 2018, joining Robin in the leadership of the business. Together, they are developing the company’s next chapter: building its reach, strengthening long-standing relationships and keeping the accountability of a family-run business at the heart of its growth.

The way we work

Your business matters.
So does our name.

We see our clients as business partners. As a family-run company, we take pride in the advice we give, the equipment we supply and the service that follows.

We start by listening.

We make a point of understanding each client’s business and what matters to the people running it. That understanding shapes what we provide, with an approach tailored to their needs and circumstances.

Support stays part of it.

Our experienced, trusted technicians are an important part of RAC. Their practical knowledge and ongoing support for the equipment we supply help us uphold the standard of service our clients expect.

Trust is earned over years.

Clients have returned to RAC through successive contracts and introduced us to other businesses. We value that confidence and know it depends on being consistent, taking responsibility and following through on our commitments.

Specialists in office print technology

A clear specialisation.
A considered choice.

Printers and photocopiers are our specialisation, with premium Toshiba multifunction equipment at the centre of our work. Our knowledge covers both the technology and the ongoing care it needs in a working office.

Focused industry knowledge

Our work centres on office printing: A3 colour and black-and-white multifunction photocopiers, supported by A4 printers where appropriate. That focus allows us to develop a detailed understanding of the equipment and how businesses use it.

Why we work with Toshiba

We choose Toshiba for its focus on professional document technology. Its e-STUDIO range brings together printing, copying and scanning, with usability and security features that vary by model. It gives our specialists a dedicated equipment range to know and support.

Expertise beyond the equipment

Years in office automation have taught us that dependable support matters as much as the machine itself. Our team’s experience, our technicians’ practical skills and our knowledge of each client’s business all contribute to the service RAC provides.
