Can you help if I don’t know which machine I need?

Yes. Tell us what you print, how many people use the equipment and any problems with your current setup. We can help you compare A3 or A4, colour or black and white, and a single machine or several devices.

Can I ask about renting, financing or buying?

Yes. We can discuss rental, finance and outright purchase options around your requirements. Selected demo and pre-owned machines are also available on month-to-month rental, subject to availability and agreed terms.

Do I need an exact monthly print volume?

No. An estimate is helpful, but you can choose “Not Sure Yet” or leave the optional question blank. We’ll work through your typical workload when we speak.

Can I request maintenance for an existing RAC machine?

Yes. Choose the service-plan option and include your machine model and what you need help with in the comments. Service plans are currently offered for machines supplied by RAC; coverage depends on your agreement.
